What are your office hours?
Our reservations office is open from 7am – 6pm, 7 days a week.
What time is check-in & check out?
Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am. Please ask our staff about late check out costs.
Can I get married at Freedom Shores?
You sure can! Freedom Shores offers bespoke beachside weddings with a difference. Visit our weddings page for more information or to request a venue tour.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We do not offer airport transfers, however our recommended transfer service is Heart of Reef Shuttles.
Once you’re here, we do have a free courtesy bus offering pick-ups from any address around Airlie, Cannonvale, Jubilee Pocket & Woodward. We share this bus with our on-site restaurant, Northerlies. Ask our staff how to book.
How many people fit in different room types?
- Boat Bungalows = 2 people (1x Queen Bed)
- Resort Suites = 4 people (1x King Bed & Fold Out)
- Beach Hut = 4 people (1x King Bed & Fold Out)
- Homestead = 6 people (3x King Beds)
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, we do! Our laundry is open from 10am – 4pm. Please ask our staff before using the machines.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we do! Parking is private access but is not undercover.

Can I bring my dog?
As much as we love our doggos, unfortunately we are on a wildlife reserve, so we aren’t allowed pets.
